Shipping policy

While we have lots of products in-stock not all products listed on our website are available for immediate delivery or pickup. Some products must be ordered from our manufacturer and delivered to our store first. We will contact you when your order is ready for delivery or pickup.

 

Prior to scheduling delivery, home must be complete: closings, construction and or/ remodeling, as well as a driveway this is passable. Customer must arrange to be home or have a responsible adult (18 years or older) there to accept and sign for delivery.

Products listed as Ashley Express are drop shipped to your delivery address from our manufacturer. Products that are not listed as Ashley Express will be delivered to our store location and we will schedule to have your order delivered to you via our Local Delivery service.

 

Local Delivery & Set up  is available up to 50 miles from our store location. Prices vary based on purchase price and distance from store location. If you would like to arrange for a local drop off to the outside of residence, please contact the store for pricing.

Unfortunately, we do not offer Local Delivery over 50 Miles from our store location.

Local Pickup is also available and Free of Charge. We will contact you when your order is ready for pick up. Please bring your order confirmation email and a copy of your identification to pick up your order. Cancellation fees will apply after 24hrs from when an order is placed.
